Media and Systems Engineering is where I have focused my career since graduating. More recently, I took a career break to regroup and understand my focus areas after a long and stepped career path. My degree in digital media, combined with my five-plus years of experience in IT consulting and system administration, brought me to disguise, where I focused on hardware and technology within the media industry for over a year and a half. Including developing new technology straight off the production lines (NPI) whilst learning media workflows and working directly with CI/CD frameworks for scripting. I am seeking a new role in the tech industry supporting users, new technology and hardware.
My portfolio showcases my work in 3D and Mobile App development. Touching on 3D character & object animation, 3D asset creation (utilising 3DS Max, motionbuilder and mixamo) combined with visual effects (VFX), programmed interaction, VR and 360 integration modeled in Unity. My Mobile App development both native and cross platform highlights the core of my programming knowledge. Skills which I have developed side by side within my degree through core modules in Mobile UX, information architecture (IA), object orientated programming principles and industry hackathons.
My former experience within the computer science industry includes 5 plus years of IT support and management for various organisations. However, as I move into this new phase of my career as a graduate, I look to the key skills I have learnt in VR, Immersive Environments, UI UX, Mobile Development and 3D Development. The unique combination of creativity and logic gives me a unique edge over others in developing complex 3D software across all platforms and lifecycles. disguise | System Integration Engineer

I supported NPI through the CI\CD integration of hardware and software components integral to the disguise media server products. It was focused on OS development using Windows IoT. I delegated and structured tasks directly to 3 direct reports whilst working with software and QA teams during NPI. In addition, my role required contact with various device manufacturers to support and triage drivers for NPI and product lifecycles.
